Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for paid plans on Neurogatty AI("we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Neurogatty AI. If a paid subscription does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the eligibility window below or cancel your subscription within the cancellation window described in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility Window
48-hour refund window. You may request a full refund within 48 hours of the original payment date and time for a new paid subscription charge or plan upgrade charge.
Refund requests submitted after 48 hours from the applicable payment are generally not eligible, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where we approve an exception at our sole discretion.
Refunds apply to the most recent eligible charge associated with your request. Usage during the refund window may be reviewed to prevent abuse of this policy.
3. Subscription Cancellation Window
3-day cancellation window. You may cancel a paid subscription within 3 days of the subscription start date or renewal date without being locked into the remainder of the billing period, subject to the refund eligibility rules above.
Cancellations can be initiated from your account billing settings or by contacting support@neurogatty.com with your account email and subscription details.
After the 3-day cancellation window, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly approved by us.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@neurogatty.com with:
- Your account email address;
- Date and amount of the charge;
- Invoice or transaction reference (if available);
- Brief reason for the refund request.
We may ask for additional verification to protect account security. Refund requests must be submitted within the 48-hour eligibility window to be considered under this policy.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Charges older than 48 hours (unless required by law);
- Partial-month usage after the cancellation window where access was provided;
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations or abuse;
- Third-party fees, taxes, or currency conversion costs charged by your bank;
- Promotional or discounted charges where terms explicitly state non-refundability.
7. Plan Downgrades and Upgrades
If you upgrade plans, the 48-hour refund window applies to the upgrade charge from the time of payment. Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your account or billing confirmation.
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We encourage you to contact support first so we can resolve billing issues quickly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Policy changes apply to future purchases and, where required by law, to existing subscriptions.
