LinkedIn Content Strategy Framework for B2B (Goals, Mix, Measurement)
Build a 90-day LinkedIn content strategy: goal selection, 4-1-1 mix, pillar planning, batching workflow, and metrics that tie posts to pipeline.
Strategy before scheduling
Posting without a goal produces activity, not outcomes. Start with one primary outcome for 90 days:
| Goal | Content bias | Success metric |
|---|---|---|
| Pipeline | Case studies, objections, CTAs | DMs, calls booked |
| Hiring | Culture, decisions, team stories | Inbound applicants |
| Authority | Frameworks, predictions, data | Saves, speaking invites |
| Community | Questions, debates, peer stories | Comment depth |
Pick one primary goal; secondary goals are bonus.
The 4-1-1 mix (adjusted for B2B)
- 4 value posts — Teach, story, framework, or data.
- 1 personal post — Human moment with a professional tie-in.
- 1 promotional post — Launch, offer, event—clear CTA.
For early-stage founders, shift to 5-1-0 until you have proof—five value, one personal, zero hard promo.
90-day pillar plan
Choose 3 pillars (repeat themes). Example for B2B SaaS:
- GTM lessons — Pricing, outbound, demos.
- Product & customers — Shipping, feedback, churn.
- Operator mindset — Hiring, focus, burnout boundaries.
Map 12 weeks: each week one pillar dominates, rotate the other two lightly.
Batching workflow (2 hours/week)
- 30 min — Pick 3 topics from pillar list or 50 ideas guide.
- 45 min — Generate 9 drafts in Neurogatty AI (3 topics × 3 variants).
- 30 min — Edit hooks + add one specific detail per post.
- 15 min — Schedule in content calendar.
Measurement monthly
In analytics, review:
- Post type performance (story vs. advice vs. question)
- Best posting days for *your* audience
- Topics that drove profile visits (LinkedIn native analytics)
Kill bottom 20% of formats; double top 20%.
